| 摘 要： | 目的观察口疳方治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的临床疗效。方法50例反复发作患者服自拟口疳方(金银花,黄连,肉桂,细辛,生甘草,生地黄等)治疗,治疗1组服药均为6个月以上,治疗2组服药6个月以下,但溃疡不发,随访达6个月,对治疗前后总间歇时间(天)、平均溃疡期(天)、月平均溃疡数(个)、平均疼痛指数(分)等指标作比较研究。结果50例患者总疗效为显效;口疳方对延长总间歇时间、减少月平均溃疡数的作用,有随治疗时间而疗效递增的趋势;对病情严重者平均溃疡期的缩短和平均疼痛指数下降,未呈随治疗时间而疗效递增的趋势。结论口疳方对复发性阿弗它溃疡的治疗着重于人体阴阳虚实的调整,以达到人体内环境的平衡。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Kougan Decoction" in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU), Methods Fifty cases were treated by this Decoction for more than six months or over six months.The relapse interval,average ulcerative duration,the number of ulcer and mean pain score were observed before and after treatment.Results This Decoction could cure RAU,prolong the relapse interval,and reduce the number of ulcer;the effectiveness increased with treatment course. Conclusion This Decoction is effective for RAU. |
