| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年性阴道炎的治疗方法,积累经验,指导临床工作。方法收集老年性阴道炎患者150例,分为观察组与对照组,观察组（80例）应用保妇康栓联合已烯雌酚局部治疗,对照组（70例）单纯应用保妇康栓局部治疗。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论保妇康栓联合小剂量雌激素治疗老年性阴道炎,临床效果明显,适合推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treating methods of senile vaginits,for accumulating clinical experience and directing the clinical work.Methods 150 patients with senile vaginitis were divided into two groups.The observation group(80 cases)were treated by Baofukang suppositories and low-dose diethylstibestrol.The control group(70 cases)were treated by Baofukang suppositories alone.Results The total effective rates were higher in the observation group than in the control group.Conclusion Treatment of Baofukang suppositories and low-dose estrogen is worthy of being recommended in patients with senile vaginitis. |
