摘    要:
目的探讨正常人的心脏变时能力与年龄、性别的关系,并为频率适应性起搏器的程控提供依据。方法通过常规Holter收集数据,对不同年龄和性别的109例正常人日常活动下的平均心率、最大窦性心率和高频心率分布(≥90,100和110次/分)进行比较。结果①青年组、中年组、老年组之间平均心率差异不显著(P>0.05);青年组与老年组、中年组之间最大窦性心率差异显著(P<0.05),而中年组和老年组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组男女之间平均心率和最大心率差异不显著(P>0.05);②青年、中年组与老年组之间高频心率分布有显著差异(P<0.01);而青中年组男女之间高频心率分布差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论随着年龄上升,心脏的变时能力有减退趋势;正常人的心脏变时能力与性别没有关系。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the relationship between age,gender and heart chronotropic ability,and provide some data to the programming of rate adaptive pacemakers. Methods Collected from common Holter,average heart rate,maximum sinus rate and the high frequency part of the heart rate distribution(≥90,100 and 110bpm)of normal people(109 cases)between different age and different gender under daily conditions were compared.Results ①There was no obvious difference of average heart rate among young group,middle group and old group(P>0.05);The difference of the maximum sinus rate between young group and old group,between young group and middle group was significant(p<0.05),but the difference between middle group and old group was insignificant(P>0.05);The difference of average heart rate and maximum sinus rate between different gender within each group was insignificant(P>0.05);②The difference of the high frequency part of heart rate distribution between young group and old group,between middle group and old group,between under 60 years old group and over 60 years old group was significant(p<0.01),but the difference between middle group and young group,between man and woman was insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusions With age increasing,heart chronotropic ability decline,and gender have no effect on heart chronotropic ability.
