目的了解尿中白细胞、红细胞、维生素C是否会影响尿中三氯乙酸的测定结果。方法白细胞、红细胞、维生素C阳性尿各8份中分别加入三氯乙酸标准液，然后测定结果，计算回收率。结果经统计学分析其95％的可信区间分别为89．97％-105．2％、92．15％-108．6％、82．02％-106．9％，而正常范围为90％-106％。结论尿中的白细胞、红细胞、维生素C阳性对三氯乙酸的测定结果无影响。
