妊娠高血压综合征67例临床诊治体会

目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征的诊治方法及其对母婴预后的影响。方法对67例妊娠高血压综合征（PIH）患者的临床资料进行回顾性病例分析,并与同期住院分娩的正常孕产妇进行对照分析,总结其分娩方式、分娩结局及其对母婴预后的影响。结果经治疗后PIH患者均痊愈出院,无孕产妇死亡。PIH组的剖宫产率、早产儿、低出生体重儿、死胎的发生率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 PIH严重影响母婴健康,做好围生期保健与治疗并适时终止妊娠等是非常必要的。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome:Clinical Analysis of 67 Cases

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and therapeutic measures of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and the influence to prognosis of mother and infant. Methods The clinical datas of 67 cases with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. It contrasted the analysis with normal pregnant and lying-in woman in hospital at the same time. The childbirth way,childbirth outcome,and the influence to prognosis of mother and infant were summarized. Results All the patients with pregnancy-ind-uced hypertension syndrome were well-healed after treatment. No one died. Uterine-incision delivery rate,premature,low birth weight infant and dead foetus incidence rate in PIH group were higher than those in control group（P 0.05） . Conclusion PIH affects severely the health of mother and infant. Good perinatal stage health care and treatment and timely termination of pregnancy are very necessary.
