寒区新兵负面身体自我与肠易激综合征关系研究

目的调查寒区新兵中肠易激综合征(IBS)的发病情况,分析负面身体自我(NPS)与IBS发病的相关性,为卫勤保障提供依据。方法对寒区2015年12月入伍满1年的265名新兵进行IBS、NPS问卷调查,分析总体以及整体特征、相貌、胖、矮、瘦5个维度与IBS发病的相关性。结果共收回246份有效问卷,合格率92.8%(246/265)。其中,33名新兵发现IBS,发病率13.4%(33/246);新兵的NPS总体平均分(1.92分)为满意。其中,整体特征维度(2.43分)和矮维度(2.26分)为不满意。发病新兵(发病组)与未发病新兵(未发病组)NPS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且整体、矮、瘦维度上NPS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整体特征维度(R=0.42)、矮维度(R=0.39)、胖维度(R=0.50)、瘦维度(R=0.58)与入伍1年新兵IBS发病呈显著正相关。结论寒区新兵IBS的发病率较高,且与NPS有关,应提高心理卫生的相关卫勤保障水平。

The relationship between the negative physical self of recruits and irritable bowel syndrome in the frigid region

Objective To investigate the incidence of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)of the recruits in frigid region,analyze the correlation between negative physical self(NPS)and IBS,and contribute to the prediction of medical support.Methods A total of 265 recruits stationed in the frigid region over 1 year were involved.The standard questionnaire of IBS and NPS assessed to analyze the correlation between IBS and five dimensions such as overall image,the overall characteristics,appearance,fat,short and lean.Results A total of 246 valid questionnaires were recovered,percent of pass was 92.8%.There were 33 cases of IBS,the incidence was 13.4%;NPS mean score was 1.92 satisfaction.The overall image dimension was 2.34 and short dimension was 2.26 unsatisfaction.There was statistically significant difference of NPS score between the IBS group and non IBS group(P<0.05);the comparison of NPS score of overall image,short and lean dimensions,the difference has statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between overall image dimension(R=0.42),short dimension(R=0.39),fat dimension(R=0.50),lean dimension(R=0.58)and the incidence of IBS in recruits,respectively.Conclusion The incidence of IBS is higher among the recruits stationed in the frigid region over 1 year.The negative physical self can lead to IBS.Therefore,the level of psychological and medical support should be improved in the frigid region.
