摘    要:目的 探讨妊高征患者血浆凝血因子的变化及临床意义。方法 用全自动凝血仪检测 5 2例妊高征患者血浆凝血酶原时间 (PT)、部分活化凝血活酶时间 (APTT)和纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的变化 ,与 48例育龄非孕妇女及 5 0例正常妊娠妇女作比较分析。结果 PT ,APTT重度妊高征组 <中度妊高征组 <正常妊娠组 <正常对照组 ,妊高征组与正常妊娠组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Fg含量重度妊高征组 >中度妊高征组 >正常妊娠组 >正常对照组 ,妊高征组与正常妊娠组比较差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 妊高征患者存在明显的高凝状态 ,定期检查PT ,APTT ,Fg的变化 ,对指导临床使用适当的抗凝剂治疗 ,有一定的意义。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the variation and clinical singnificance of plasma coagulation factors in pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH). Method The plasma variaton of rothrombin time (PT), Activated partial thromboplastion time (APTT) and fibrinogen (Fg) of 52 woman patients with PIH were measured by using automated blood coagulation analyzer, and compared with 48 non-pregnant women. Result Severe PIH group was less than moderate PIH group, which was less than normal pregnant group, which in turn was less than control group in PT, APTT. The difference between PIH group and normal pregnant group was significant (P<0.05). Severe PIH group was higher than moderate PIH group, which was higher than normal pregnant group, which in turn is higher than control group in Fg. The diffierence between PIH group and normal pregnant group was significant (P<0.001). Conclusion High coagulable state exists in PIH group, which is very important to regular measurement of the variations of PT, APTT, Fg in the clinical use of coagulant.
