| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以气相色谱(GC)法测定小儿吐泻宁散中百秋李醇含量的方法。方法:以正十八烷为内标,色谱柱为弹性石英毛细管(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),交联5%苯基甲基聚硅氧烷为固定相,采用程序升温,检测器温度为280℃,进样口温度为280℃。结果:百秋李醇的检测浓度在63.4～887.6μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积比值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994);平均回收率为100.55%,RSD=1.85%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速、准确、可靠,可用于小儿吐泻宁散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To determine the content of Patchouli alcohol in Xiaoer tuxiening powder by gas chromatography （GC） .METHODS：Using noctadecane as internal standard, the determination was performed by the GC on elastic quartz capillary column（30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25μm） with 5% phenylmethylpolysiloxane as stationary phase that was heated by temperature programming with both detector temperature and injector temperature maintained at 280 ℃. RESULTS： The linear range of Patchouli alcohol was 63.4-887.6μg · mL^-1 （r = 0.999 4）, and its average recovery rate was 100.55% （RSD = 1.85%, n = 6） .CONCLUSION： The GC method has been proved to be rapid, accurate and reliable, and it is applicable for the quality control, of Xiaoer tuxiening powder. |
