生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的疗效分析和护理干预

目的探讨生物反馈治疗对功能性便秘的疗效和护理措施。方法对180例功能性便秘患者进行生物反馈治疗，治疗前后对患者进行直肠肛门测压记录直肠、肛管静息压、肛管自主收缩持续时间及直肠肛门抑制反射域，并与160例无排便异常患者进行比较。结果①功能性便秘患者直肠静息压、肛管静息压、肛管自主收缩持续时间及直肠肛门抑制反射域值与正常对照组比较，均明显增高（p〈0．05）；②治疗后便秘患者直肠、肛管静息压、肛管自主收缩持续时间及直肠肛门抑制反射域值降低（p〈0．05）。③治疗前后患者的症状明显缓解。结论生物反馈治疗和有效的护理干预可通过改善直肠肛门压力达到治疗便秘的目的。

Nursing intervention of biofeedback treatment for functional constipation.

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of biofeedback treatment in patient with functional constipation and its nursing intervention.Methods： 180 patients were enlisted to take the biofeedback therapy.Anal and rectal resting pressure,independent duration of contraction of anal canal and anorectum inhibitory reflex value were recorded and compared before and after biofeedback therapy.60 patients without defecation dysfunction were investigated as normal control.Results：①The rectal resting pressure, anal resting pressure, anorectum inhibitory reflex value of patients with functional were higher than that of the normal control,p〈0.05;②After biofeedback theraphy, the symptoms got improved, and the anorectum resting pressure,independent duration of contraction of anal canal,anorectum inhibitory reflex value were decreased,p〈0.05.Conclusion：The anorectum prussure dysfunction was found in patients with functional constipation which can be reformed by biofeedback therapy and effective nursing care ,thus gained curative effects on constipation.
