严重烧伤的综合治疗与预后

目的 探讨严重烧伤的最佳治疗方法,以提高严重烧伤患临床治疗效果。方法 将156例严重烧伤患分A组（传统治疗组）72例,B组（综合治疗组）84例,观察两组的临床治疗效果与预后。结果 A组：痊愈29例,未愈和放弃治疗的16例,死亡27例。B组：痊愈63例,未愈和放弃治疗的12例,死亡9例。结论 综合治疗可提高严重烧伤的治愈率,减少并发症的发生。

Comprehensive treatment and prognosis of severe burns

Objective To explore the best treatment for severe burns so as to improve clinical effect.Methods One hundred and fifty-six cases of severe burns were divided into two groups.Seventy-two cases were in Group A(traditional treatment group)and 84 in Group B(comprehensive treatment group).Clinical effect and prognosis of both groups were observed.Results In group A,29 cases were fully cured and another 16 cases failed to recover or gave up treatonent.27 patients died.In group B,63 cases were full recovery,12 cases didn't recover or abandoned treatment and 9 cases died.Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can increase the rate of full recovery for severe burns and reduce the incidence of complications.
