目的：对MRI与CT在腰椎间盘突出诊断中的准确性以及临床价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床诊断工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法：抽取在2011年10月-2013年10月间我院收治的经临床手术证实腰椎间盘突出患者76例,术前患者均接受了MRI与CT检查,对这两种检查方法的诊断准确性。结果：经统计发现,本组76例患者经MRI检查确诊73例,准确率为96．05％,经CT检查确诊69例,准确率为90．79％,两种检查方法的诊断准确性无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：CT与MRI在腰椎间盘突出诊断中均具有良好的诊断价值,准确性无明显差异,若是两者联合可使诊断率得到显著提高,值得关注。

The Accuracy and Clinical Value of Prolapnse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc MRI and CT Diagnosis

Objective To analyze the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） and computed tomo- graphy（CT） in the diagnosis of lumbar disc protrusion and evaluate the clinical value, so as to provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of lumbar disc protrusion in the future. Methods We selected 76 cases confirmed by disc herniation of lumbar clinical operation in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013, which were undergone MRI and CT preoperative examination, and then the diagnostic accuracy of the two inspection methods were compared. Results The statistics results showed that, 73 cases in the group of 76 patients were diagnosed by MRI with the accuracy rate was 96.05%; and 69 cases in the same group were diagnosed by CT with the accuracy rate was 90.79 %. There was no significant difference between the diagnostic accuracy of two methods （P〉0.05）. Conclusion CT and MRI both have good diagnostic values in the diagnosis of lumbar disc protrusion with no significant difference of the accuracies. The combination of two methods can make the diagnosis rate improve significantly, it is worthy of attention.
