MSCT、MRI对隐性骨折的诊断价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、磁共振成像(MRI)对隐性骨折诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析46例X线显示阴性的隐性骨折患者的影像学资料,其中20例做了MRI、MSCT,MRI 10例,MSCT 16例。结果:X线阴性的病例在MSCT、MRI上均有骨折,3例椎体附件骨折X线及MRI显示阴性,MSCT可见骨折。结论:MSCT、MRI能显示隐性骨折的病变特点和严重程度,是隐性骨折的最佳影像学检查方法,值得临床推广。

The Value of MSCT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Occult Fractures

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multislice CT （MSCT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） for occult fracture. Methods 46 patients with occult fractures and negative X-ray findings, were accepted MSCT and MR/ examinations （20 cases with MR/ and MSCT, 10 cases with MR/ and 16 cases with MSCT）. All imaging data were retrosp ective analyzed. Results All X-ray negative cases were detected fractures by MSCT and MR/. 3 cases of vertebral fractures showed negative finding by X-ray and MR/ and positive finding by MSCT. Conclusion MSCT and MR/ are the best imaging methods to show the characte- ristics and severity of occult fracture, they are worthy of promotion.
