雌激素与绝经后妇女异丙酚靶控输注麻醉术后认知功能障碍关系的研究

目的：探讨雌激素与绝经后妇女异丙酚靶控输注麻醉术后认知功能障碍的关系。方法：将术前无认知障碍的40例妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行术后3d、7d认知功能评价，按MMSE得分将患者分为认知功能正常组和认知功能障碍组，所有患者术前均采用异丙酚靶控输注麻醉方式，测定及对比术前、术后3d及术后7d患者的空腹血清雌二醇浓度。结果：术后3d、7d正常组与障碍组术前血清雌二醇水平相比较无统计学意义，P＞0．05；术后3d障碍组与正常组患者血清雌二醇分别为（51．9±12．6VS84．7±19．2），7d血清雌二醇水平为（57．4±12．6VS85．8±21．7），均 P＜0．05。结论：绝经后妇女异丙酚靶控输注麻醉术后认知功能障碍的发生可能与雌激素水平降低有关。

Relationship of Estrogen and Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction in Postmenopausal Women with Propofol Targetcontrolled Infusion

Objective ：To explore the relationship of estrogen and postoperative cognitive dysfunction in postmenopaus-al women with propofol target-controlled infusion .Methods ：40 gynecologic malignancies patients with preoperative cog-nitive impairment were evaluated cognitive function at Postoperative 3d ,7d ,all patients were divided into normal cogni-tive function and cognitive dysfunction group according to MMSE scores ,and were used of propofol target-controlled infusion ,Measured and compared serum estradiol concentration at Postoperative 3d ,7d and Preoperative by fasting ve-nous blood .Results：Serum estradiol levels in the normal group and disorder group at Postoperative 3d ,7d were no sig-nificantly differences ,P〉0 .05 ,serum estradiol levels in the disorder group and normal group at Postoperative 3d were （51 .9 ± 12 .6 VS 84 .7 ± 19 .2） ,Postoperative 3d were（57 .4 ± 12 .6 VS 85 .8 ± 21 .7） ,it was no significantly differ-ences .Conclusion：Postmenopausal women with propofol target-controlled infusion may occur with the decreased levels of estrogen .
