| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨手指外伤后部分皮肤缺损修复时理想的手术方法。方法：采用腹部随意超薄皮瓣修复手指急诊外伤后部分皮肤缺损16例，18指患者。结果：除1例一指因感染皮瓣坏死外，其余15例17指皮瓣成活良好，有效率94％。结论：本手术方法为急诊手指外伤后部分皮肤缺损修复提供了一种较理想的手术方法。
