摘    要:淋病是最常见的性传播疾病之一,由淋球菌引起。淋病的诊断除依据临床表现外,实验检查也是重要的诊断手段。目前临床上常用培养法来检查淋球菌,然该方法影响因存多且费时,不能在短时间内得到结果,因而不能及时指导临床的诊断和治疗。近年来聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术已广泛用于临床,虽然该技术具有敏感、快速、特异等优点,因存在假阳性等问题,人们对PCR 是否能准确诊断淋病并对其进行随访问感到疑

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in diagnosis and fol- low-up of patients infected by Neisseria gonorhoeae.Methods 366 cervical specimens from suspected female pa- tients with gonorrhea were examined by PCR and culture,and 30 patients with confrmed diagnosis were treated with spectinomycin 4.0g one time,and followed up 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Of 366 patients examined PCR was positive in 61(16.7%)and culture was positive in 47(12.8%),the difference being statis- tisally significant(P<0.005)1.week after mntimicrobial therapy,all patients were negative to PCR and cul- ture for Neisseria gonorrhoeae.2.weeks after treatment,one patient dropped out.Among 32 patients,one pa- tient was positive by PCR,the rest were negative;however,all cultures were negative.After 3 and 4 weeks, PCR and cultures were all negative.Conclusion PCR is a more sensitive and rapid method for detection of Neis- seria gonorthoeae than culture,and can be an effective substitute for culture for diagnosis and follow-up of gon- orrhea.
