浅谈历代医家对温病病因和发病的认识

作者对自《内经》到《温热论》时期温热病的病因和发病的认识进行了总结。此由最初的以“伤寒”总称各种热病,逐步发展至“外感六淫化火说”、“非时之气,戾气说”、“伏邪之说”、“新感学说”,至清代产生了“温热毒邪学说”,从病因和发病上根本区别了温病与伤寒,同时创立了卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证等理论,形成了《温热论》。

THE DISCUSSION ON THE REALIZATION OF THE PATHOGEN AND THE PROCESS OF EPIDEMIC FEBRILE DISEASES OF PHYSICIANS IN ALL DYNASTIES

The author summarizes the realization of the pathogen and the process of epidemic.febrile diseases in the Internal Classic and the Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases.It shows originally exogenous febrile dixeases which stand for all febrile disease gradually develop to the doctrines of affection by six climatic conditions in excess as pathogenic factors and fire-transmission,unsuitable conditions and epidemic pathogenic factors,incubative pathogen and affection by a different and new factor.To Qing dynasty the doctrine of Warm-heat pathogen is created which tells the difference between epidemic febrile diseases and exogenous febrile diseases radically on the aspects of the pathogen and the process of the disease.At the same time,analysing and differentiating the development of an epidemic febrile disease by studying condition of the four system(wei,qi,ying and xue) and differentiation of syndrome according to the pathological changes of tri-Jiao are created so that Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Disease is produced.
