| 摘 要： | 目的优选龙血竭黄酮滴丸的最佳处方。方法以30min的溶出度和硬度为指标,采用正交试验考察龙血竭黄酮用量和不同的载体材料及用量的影响,确定滴丸最佳处方。结果最佳处方为龙血竭黄酮:泊洛沙姆F68:PEG6000质量比为2:5.5:2。结论所制得的龙血竭黄酮滴丸处方工艺简单,为龙血竭黄酮新制剂的研究提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the formulation for drop pills of Dragon's Blood Flavonoids.Methods With dissolution rate of 30 min and friability as the indices,orthogonal design was conducted.Results The results indicated that the optimum formulation is as the following:the composition ratio of Dragon's Blood Flavonoids,poloxamer F68 and PEG6000 was 2,5.5 and 2.Conclusion The optimal formulation is simple,which provides basis for further development of new preparations of Dragon's Blood Flavonoids. |
