| 摘 要： | 目的探讨研究小梁切除联合生物羊膜植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床效果。方法选择该院2010—2012年间所收治的44只青光眼患眼进行了分组效果对比。结果术后6个月的房水流畅系数、眼压水平等方面均由治疗组显示显著统计学优势,其它方面两组间并无显著统计学差异。结论小梁切除术联合生物羊膜植入术治疗闭角型青光眼作为一种安全、简易、经济、有效的联合手术方式值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ameliorative trabeculectomy on angle-closure glaucoma patients. Methods 44 cases of glaucoma patients have been divided into different groups. Results On outflow facility and intraocular pressure after 6 months, treatment group has statistically advantage. Conclusion As a safe,easy,economic and effective united therapy, ameliorative trabeculectomy treatment should be popularized widely. |
