心理干预对军校新学员军训精神状态的影响

摘    要:探讨心理干预对军校新学员军训精神状态的影响。方法:180例军校新学员随机分为对照组和心理干预组各90例。干预组除常规军训外另进行心理干预。采用症状自评量表SCL-90分别于军训开始前和军训后对两组学员进行心理状态评价。结果:两组军训开始前除精神病性指标外,SCL-90评分各指标比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);军训1个月后,心理干预组SCL-90量表各项得分均较治疗前明显降低,且与对照组比较,心理干预组躯体化[(1.21±0.49)分比(0.45±0.67)分]、强迫症状[(2.01±0.37)分比(0.68±0.34)分]、人际关系[(1.77±0.47)分比(1.12±0.52)分]、抑郁[(1.53±0.38)分比(0.90±0.47)分]、焦虑[(0.88±0.34)分比(0.66±0.41)分]、敌对[(1.01±0.33)分比(0.70±0.63)分]、恐惧[(1.29±0.36)分比(0.43±0.39)分]、偏执[(0.89±0.74)分比(0.55±0.47)分]和精神病性[(1.73±0.59)分比(1.07±0.54)分]分值均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能够减轻军校新生的不良心理状态,提高生活质量。

Abstract:Objective:To explore influence of psychological intervention on mental status in new students of military academy during military training.Methods:A total of 180new students of military academy were randomly and equally divided into control group and psychological intervention group.Psychological intervention group received additional psychological intervention besides routine military training.Symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)was used to evaluate mental status of two groups before and after military training.Results:Before military training,there were no significant difference except psychosis item in SCL-90scores between two groups,P&gt;0.05.After one-month military training,there were significant decrease in all item scores of SCL-90scale in psychological intervention group compared with before training;Compared with control group,there were significant decrease in scores of somatization[(1.21±0.49)scores vs.(0.45±0.67)scores],obsessive-compulsive symptoms[(2.01±0.37)scores vs.(0.68±0.34)scores],interpersonal relation[(1.77±0.47)scores vs.(1.12±0.52)scores],depression[(1.53 ±0.38)scores vs.(0.90±0.47)scores],anxiety[(0.88±0.34)scores vs.(0.66±0.41)scores],hostility[(1.01 ±0.33)scores vs.(0.70±0.63)scores],fear[(1.29±0.36)scores vs.(0.43±0.39)scores],paranoia[(0.89± 0.74)scores vs.(0.55±0.47)scores]and psychosis[(1.73±0.59)scores vs.(1.07±0.54)scores]in psychological intervention group,P&lt;0.01or P&lt;0.05.Conclusion:Psychological intervention can reduce the negative mental status and improve quality of life in new students of military academy.
