| 摘 要： | 目的:研究吸烟者的CD62P分子表达的变化。方法:分别检测吸烟者与不吸烟者的血清CD62P分子和血小板膜CD62P分子的表达。结果:与不吸烟组比较,吸烟组血清CD62P表达[(2.76±0.34)ng/ml比(3.02±0.84)ng/ml]、血小板膜CD62P[(2.92±0.28)ng/ml比(3.88±0.47)ng/ml]均明显升高(P均<0.05)。结论:吸烟与血清和血小板膜CD62P表达有明显的关系,与心脑血管疾病的发生可能有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study change of CD62P molecule expression in smokers.Methods：Expressions of serum CD62Pmolecule and CD62Pmolecule on platelet membrane were measured in smokers（smoking group,n=60）and non-smokers（non-smoking group,n=50）.Results：Compared with non-smoking group,there were significant increase in expressions of serum CD62Pmolecule[（2.76±0.34）ng/ml vs.（3.02±0.84）ng/ml]and CD62Pmolecule on platelet membrane[（2.92±0.28）ng/ml vs.（3.88±0.47）ng/ml]in smoking group,P＆lt;0.05both.Conclusion：Smoking has significant relationship with expressions of serum CD62Pand CD62P molecule on platelet membrane,and it may have relationship with occurrence of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases. |
