胎儿异常心电图22908例分析

摘    要:
探讨产前检查胎儿异常心电图的价值。方法:对孕18~42周的23 665例孕妇进行常规胎儿心电图检查,统计胎儿各类异常心电图的发生率。结果:成功检测胎儿心电图22 908例,检测成功率96.8%,胎儿异常心电图3 540例(15.5%),按发生率高低各类心电图排名依次为胎儿心动过速(29.8%)、ST段改变(21.3%)、FQRS电压增高(19.5%)。结论:胎儿心电图检测可早期诊断胎儿心律失常,及时反映胎儿宫内缺氧情况,为孕期胎儿心律失常早治疗提供重要依据。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore value examining fetal abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)in prenatal examination.Methods:A total of 23 665pregnant women in 18~42weeks underwent routine fetal ECG examination and incidence rates of various kinds of fetal abnormal ECG were counted.Results:A total of 22 908fetal ECG were successfully detected,and successful detection rate was 96.8%.There were 3 540cases of fetal abnormal ECG and its detection rate was 15.5%.Among fetal all types abnormal ECG,their ranking was fetal tachycardia(29.8%),ST segment change(21.3%)and FQRS voltage increase(19.5%)in turn according to incidence rate degree.Conclusion:Fetal ECG detection may early diagnose fetal abnormal electrocardiogram,which can reflect intrauterine fetal anoxia;It can provide important evidence for early treatment of fetal abnormal electrocardiogram.
