| 摘 要： | 观察胺碘酮注射液治疗急性心衰并快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法：102例急性心衰并快速心律失常患者随机分为：胺碘酮组（51例,在常规抗心衰的基础上加用胺碘酮注射液）,常规治疗组（51例,常规抗心衰治疗）,比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗后胺碘酮组心律失常有效率明显高于常规治疗组（92.2%比70.6%,P〈0.05）。结论：胺碘酮治疗急性心衰并快速心律失常的患者有良好的临床疗效,能更有效地控制心律失常,促进心衰的缓解。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of amiodarone injection on acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia.Methods：A total of 102patients with acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into amiodarone group（n=51,received amiodarone injection based on routine anti-heart failure therapy）and routine treatment group（n=51,received routine anti-heart failure therapy）.Clinical curative effect was compared between two groups.Results：After treatment,effective rate of arrhythmia in amiodarone group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group（92.2%vs.70.6%,P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Amiodarone possesses good clinical curative effect on patients with acute heart failure complicated tachyarrhythmia,it can more effectively control arrhythmia,promote relief of heart failure. |
