| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清白细胞介素 - 6 (IL- 6 )、C反应蛋白 (CRP)和急性冠状动脉综合征 (ACS)之间的关系。方法 测定 31例 ACS患者和 19例稳定型心绞痛 (SAP)患者 ,以及对照组 2 0例 IL- 6、CRP含量。ACS组包括急性心肌梗死 (AMI)和不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP) ,比较 ACS组、SAP组和对照组之间各项指标的差异。结果 ACS组 IL - 6、CRP水平明显高于 SAP组和对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,但 SAP组和对照组之间 IL - 6、CRP水平相比差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 ACS的发生与免疫系统的炎症反应有关 ,IL - 6、CRP水平的增高与 ACS的发生显著相关。

Changes of serum interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in acute coronary artery syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of serum interleukin 6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in acute coronary artery syndrome (ACS).Methods IL-6 and CRP levels in sera of 31 cases of ACS,19 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP),and of 20 normal controls were measured.Results The IL-6 and CRP levels of ACS group were significantly higher than those of controls (P<0.01).But there was no significant difference in IL-6 and CRP levels between SAP group and controls (P>0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of ACS concerns with the inflammatory reaction of immune system,and increased levels of IL-6 and CRP are closely related to the ACS occurrence. |
