不同吸痰方式对重型颅脑损伤患者颅内压的影响

目的探讨开放式和密闭式2种不同吸痰方法对重型颅脑损伤患者颅内压的影响。方法42例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为开放式吸痰组和密闭式吸痰组,分别于每次吸痰前、后5min记录颅内压。结果吸痰后2组颅内压水平均有所升高,但开放式吸痰组升高更为明显（p〈0．05）。2组吸痰有效率相近（p〉0．05）。结论密闭式吸痰法对颅内压影响较小,推荐使用。

Effect of Different Ways of Suctioning to Severe Craniocerebral Injury

Objective：To explore the effect of open endtracheal suetioning and closed endtraeheal suetioning to severe eranioeerebral injury. Methods：42 patients were divided into two groups,that is the open endtraeheal suetioning group and the closed endtraeheal suetioning group, recording the intraeranial pressure before and 5 minutes after the suction. Results：The intraeranial pressure of 2 groups was higher. The open endtraeheal suetioning group were higher than the closed endtracheal suetioning group （p〈0.05）,and the suetioning efficacy was similar （p〉 0.05）. Conclusion：The closed endtraeheal suetioning has little influence to the intraeranial pressure,we recommend using.
