疏肝和胃降逆法治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合方法治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将120例符合诊断标准的门诊及住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组60例应用西药奥美拉唑胶囊治疗和黛力新（氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片）,治疗组60例应用奥美拉唑胶囊与自拟方和胃合剂,对照组和治疗组均连续治疗10周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。并在治疗0.5～1年内进行随访。结果经过3个疗程的治疗后,治疗组有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率62.67%,两组比较临床疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组0.5～1年随访复发率20.00%;对照组0.5～1年随访复发率42.77%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑胶囊联合和胃合剂治疗反流性食管炎,患者症状消失或好转均较对照组治疗效果好,其疗效明显高于单独用药,且复发率低,值得临床推广。

Upper Digestive Reflux Esophagitis Treated with the Therapy for Smoothing Liver Qi,Harmonizing the Stomach and Reducing the Reversed Qi

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on reflux esophagitis(RE)treated with the integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 120 cases that met the diagnostic standards,including both the outpatients and inpatients,were randomized into two groups,a treatment group(60 cases)and a control group(60 cases).60 cases of the control group were treated with western medicines,omeprazole capsules and flupentixol and melitracen tablets.60 cases of the treatment group were treated with omeprazole capsules and the self-prepared hewei mixture.The cases of the control group and the treatment group were treated continuously for 10 weeks as 1 session.The continuous 3 sessions of treatment were required.The clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions were observed in two groups.The follow-up visit was conducted in 0.5 to 1 year.Results In 3 sessions of treatment,the effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and was 62.76% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in the clinical efficacy between two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the 0.5 to 1 year follow-up visit was 20.00% in the treatment group and was 42.77% in the control group,indicating the statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of RE with the combined medication of omeprazole capsules and the self-prepared hewei mixture,the symptoms disappear or are relieved,which is superior to that in the control group.The efficacy is remarkably better than that of the simple medication.Additionally,the recurrence rate of this therapy is lower.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted clinically.
