乳蛾方免煎制剂的体外抑菌实验研究

目的观察中药免煎制剂乳蛾方的体外抑菌效果,为临床治疗急性呼吸道感染提供药理学参考依据,寻找新的抗菌药物和开辟治疗新途径。方法体外抑菌实验采用在MH-琼脂中加入不同稀释浓度的乳蛾方药液制成培养基,分别接种金黄色葡萄球菌（SAU）10株[其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）5株]、大肠埃希菌（ECO）10株、肺炎克雷伯菌（KPN）10株、鲍曼不动杆菌（ABA）10株、铜绿假单胞菌（PAE）10株、肺炎链球菌（SPN）10株,35℃培养箱中培养18～24 h,观察细菌生长状况。结果免煎制剂乳蛾方对SAU和SPN有较强的抑菌作用,对PAE和ABA抑菌效果较弱,对ECO和KPN基本无效。结论免煎制剂乳蛾方对SAU和SPN引起的呼吸道感染有抑菌作用,尤其对MRSA也有一定的抑菌效果。

Experimental Research of In Vitro Bacteriostasis of the Decoction-free Preparation of Ru E Fang

Objective To observe in vitro bacteriostasis of the decoction-free preparation of ru e fang so as to provide the pharmacological reference for the clinical treatment of acute respiratory infection and seek the new anti-microbial drug and the new approach to the treatment.Method In the in vitro bacteriostasis experiment,the liquid preparation of ru e fang of the different diluting concentrations was added into MH-agar to prepare the medium.10 strains of Staphylococcus aureus(SAU)(of which,5 strains of MRSA),10 strains of Escherichia coli(ECO),10 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia(KPN),10 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii(ABA),10 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE)and 10 strains of Streptococcus pneumonia were vaccinated separately.They were cultured in the incubator for 18 to 24h at 35°C.The growth of bacteria was observed.Results The decoction-free preparation of ru e fang had a quite strong SAU and SPN bacteriostasis and had a weak effect on PAE and ABA.It was basically failed for ECO and KPN bacteriostasis.Conclusions The decoction-free preparation of ru e fang achieves the bacteriostasis for respiratory infection induced by SAU and SPN.Specially,it has a certain bacteriostasis for methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus aures(MRSA).
