气虚血瘀型中风先兆临床症状积分与中风发病的相关性研究

目的通过研究气虚血瘀型中风先兆患者中医临床症状积分与中风发病的相关性,探讨气虚血瘀型中风先兆症状积分,预测中风发病的可能性。方法选取62例气虚血瘀型中风先兆证患者为研究对象,以12个月后中风发病与否为终点,记录患者性别、年龄、烟酒史、家族史、体重指数、危险因素干预依从性和中医临床症状积分,研究中风先兆发为中风的主要影响因素。结果体重指数、危险因素干预依从性、中医临床症状积分与中风先兆发为中风有相关性（P〈0.05）。通过Logistic回归分析显示,中医临床症状和危险因素干预依从性是中风先兆发为中风的独立因素。结论中风先兆12个月后发为中风的独立危险因素包括中医临床症状积分和危险因素干预依从性。

Correlation Study of Stroke Morbidity with the Clinical Symptom Score of Stroke Precursor of Qi deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern/Syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical symptom scores of stroke precursor of qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern/syndrome and predict the possibility of stroke morbidity through the research of the correlation of stroke morbidity with the clinical symptom scores of stroke precursor of qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern/syndrome.Methods 62 cases of stroke precursor of qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern/syndrome were selected as the research objects.The terminal point was determined by whether stroke attacked or not in 12 months.It was to record the sex,age,smoking and alcoholic history,family history,body mass index,the compliance of risk factor intervention and the clinical symptom scores of Chinese medicine.It was to study the main impact factors of stroke.Results The body mass index,the compliance of risk factor intervention and the clinical symptom score of Chinese medicine were correlative with stroke(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis indicated that the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and the compliance of risk factor intervention were the independent factors of stroke.Conclusion The independent factors of stroke in 12 months of the occurrence of stroke precursor include the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine and the compliance of risk factor intervention.
