| 摘 要： | 骨性关节炎是一种常见的慢性关节疾病，治疗方法种类繁多，但尚缺乏理想的药物来逆转疾病的进程。氨基葡萄糖由结合氨基的单糖、黏多糖和壳多糖组成，是参与关节内多种分子的结构组成。近10多年来，氨基葡萄糖已广泛用于临床治疗骨性关节炎。本文就氨基葡萄糖的药动学、药理作用和临床应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding is a restrictive weight loss operation. It relies on the adjustable gastric banding to effectively cut down the stomach volume to reduce the food in-taken so as to attain the target of loosing the weight. This operation has the advantages of adjustable, retrospective and tiny trauma and doesn’t change the normal digestive track. So after the therapy was approved, it has been widely used as an adjuvant therapy for the obesity weight loss and diabetes. |
