小檗碱对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏损伤的保护作用

目的：：探讨小檗碱对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephrpathy,DN)大鼠肾脏损伤的保护作用。方法：健康成年雄性 SD 大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组(DN 组)和小檗碱组。DN 组及小檗碱组大鼠行左侧肾摘除术,术后2周腹腔一次性注射链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)60 mg/kg 诱导 DN 大鼠模型,72 h 后测非空腹血糖>16.8 mmol/L 为造模成功；小檗碱组大鼠给予小檗碱0.1 g/(kg·d)灌胃。定时检测各组大鼠血糖、尿微量白蛋白和肾小球滤过率的变化。结果：与 DN 组大鼠相比,小檗碱组大鼠血糖和24 h 尿微量白蛋白明显降低,肾小球滤过率增加(P <0.05),肾功能明显改善。结论：小檗碱可明显降低 DN 大鼠血糖,改善 DN 大鼠肾功能紊乱,对 DN 大鼠肾脏具有较强的保护作用。

Berberine Ameliorates Renal injury in Diabetic Nephropathy Rats

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Berberine on renal injury in Diabetic Nephropathy(DN)Rats.Methods:40 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,DN group,Berberine group.Diabetic model was established by administration of Streptozotocin (STZ)in a single dose of 60 mg/kg intraperitoneally after the left kidney was removed 2 weeks and the wound was healed. The model was considered successful when the level of blood glucose was above 16.8 mmol/L at 72 h after operation.The rats in the Berberine group was treated with Berberine in a dose of 0.1 g/(kg · d)by gavage,once a day.The change of blood glucose,urine microalbumin,glomerular filtration rate (GFR)was detected.Results:Compared with DN group,the blood glucose,24 h microalbumin in Berberine group was obviously decreased,while GFR was increased(P <0.05).Conclusion:Berberine can decrease blood glucose,ameliorate renal dysfunction,suggesting that it has obvious renal protective effect on diabetic nephropathy rats.
