骨盆骨折患者围术期心理支持需求程度分析

目的 探讨骨盆骨折患者围术期心理支持需求程度.方法 选取2011年8月～2013年7月于本院进行诊治的53例骨盆骨折手术患者为观察组,同时将53名同龄健康人设为对照组,然后将两组对象的心理状态及心理支持需求程度进行评估,并比较观察组中不同年龄、文化程度者的心理状态及心理支持需求程度.结果 观察组Zung自评量表评分及阳性率、心理支持需求程度均高于对照组,且＜50岁者及文化程度较低者均高于其他年龄及文化程度较高者,差异均有显著性（均P＜0.05）.结论 骨盆骨折患者围术期心理状况相对较差,其心理支持需求程度也较高,且受年龄及文化程度的影响也较大,因此应针对年龄及文化程度的差异进行针对性地干预.

Study and analysis on the psychological support demand degree of patients with pelvic fracture during the perioperative period

Objective To study and investigate the psychological support demand degree of patients with pelvic fracture during the perioperative period. Methods 53 patients with pelvic fracture treated with operation were selected as observation group. 53 healthy people at the same age were the control group. The psychological state and psychological support demand degree were evaluated. The psychological state and psychological support demand degree of patients with different ages and education degree were compared. Results The score and positive rate of Zung self-rating scale and psychological support demand degree of observation group were higher than those of control group. Those items of patients at 〈50 years old and with lower education degree were higher than those of others. Conclusion The psychological state of patients with pelvic fracture during the perioperative period is worse, and their psychological support demand degree is higher.
