超普疝装置腹膜前间隙与疝环充填式无张力疝修补的临床疗效比较

目的比较超普疝装置（USH）腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术对腹股沟疝治疗的临床疗效。方法收集2008年1月～2011年12月间收治的腹股沟疝手术治疗患者共556例,记录患者性别、年龄、手术方式、手术时间、愈后等信息。录入电脑,采用χ2检验、t检验等方法进行统计分析。结果采用USH腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术手术时间长于疝环充填式无张力疝修补术,两种术式治疗的患者在术后切口浆液肿发生率、异物感、复发率方面的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,术后尿渚留发生率、阴囊水肿及血肿发生率、术后疼痛方面的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 USH腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术与疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床疗效比较,前者更具有优势。

Clinical curative effect of super hernioplasty preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair and hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of super hernioplasty preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair and hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair.Methods 556 patients with inguinal hernia were undergone operation.All the date analyzed by chi-square test and t-test.Results The operation time of super hernioplasty preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair is longer than that of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair.The incidence of postoperative incision serous effusion,foreign body sensation and recurrence were statistically significant different between the two kinds of operation group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative urinary retention,scrotal edema,hematoma incidence and postoperative pain were not statistically significant different between the two kinds of operation group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of super hernioplasty preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair demonstrates advantages over hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair.
