超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的：探讨超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法：对30例冠心病患者应用超微粉通心络加阿司匹林治疗．另30例病人单用阿司匹林治疗观察临床症状的缓解效果。结果：超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用，患者症状改善更优于单用阿司匹林组（P〈0．05）。结论：超微粉通心络与阿司匹林联用对于改善冠心病患者的症状疗效显著，适于推广。

Effect of superparticle tongxinluo and aspirin on unstable angina of coronary artery disease

Objective:To observe the effect of superparticle tongxinluo capsule and aspirin on unstable angina with coronary artery disease. Methods: 60 cases with unstable augina of coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group(n=30) were treated by routine therapy and aspirin. Patients in treatment group(n=30) were treated by combination of routine therapy and aspirin added superparticle tongxinluo capsule(3 pills,tid),The therapeutic course was 4 weeks in both groups. Results: Treatment group were superior to control group in improvement of angina and ECG. Conclusion: Superparticle tongxinluo capsule added aspirin have a definite effect on the treatment of unstable angina with coronary heart disease.
