| 摘 要： | 从豹皮菌Amanita panthorina新鲜子实体的乙醇提取物中分离得到了4个氨基酸类化合物(I～IV)。根据光谱分析及理化性质,鉴定Ⅰ的结构为3-amino-2-hydroxypentandioicacid,Ⅱ为2-amino-3-(1,2-dicarboxyethylthio)propanoicacid。其中I为一新化合物,Ⅱ是首次从该菌中提取得到的。药理实验证明Ⅰ及Ⅱ分别是谷氨酸NMDA受体兴奋剂及阻断剂。

| Abstract: | Four amino acids(Ⅰ～Ⅳ)were isolated from the ethyl alcohol extracts of fresh fruiting bodies of Amanita pentherina. By spectrometric data combined with physico-chemical properties,Ⅰwas show to be a 3-amino-2-hydroxy-pentanedioic acid and Ⅱ a diastereoisomeric mixture of 2-amino-3-(1,2-dicarboxyethylthio)propanoic acids.I is a new compound.Ⅱ was isolated from thisfungus for the first time. Phamarcological tests showed that Ⅰ and Ⅱ were agonist and antagonist of NMDA-sensitiveglutamate receptors, respectively. |
