大肠癌的中医病因病机及治疗研究概况

中医认为，大肠癌的发病，主要因六淫外侵，或饮食不节，或七情内伤，加之正气不足，脾虚失运，毒邪踞之，蕴结于大肠，凝聚成积。正虚以脾胃亏虚，久致肾虚、气血不足为主，标实以痰、湿、瘀、毒、滞、寒、热、火为主。中医药治疗可清除残留在机体其他部位的细微癌灶，增强机体的免疫力，抵抗放、化疗的毒副作用。中医药的运用，可贯穿在肿瘤治疗的各个阶段，与现代医学治疗方法相结合，发挥互补优势。今后应重视中医药在大肠癌治疗方面的研究，设计更合理严谨的对照研究以及进行临床药效、药理的观察，提供更可靠的循证医学证据。
