中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡

目的：观察中西医结合疗法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将50例复发性口腔溃疡患者，采用中医辨证联合西药常规治疗，西药施尔康口服1粒/次，1次/ d，碘甘油涂于患处2~4次/ d，连用5 d；中医辨证按虚火型、湿热型、郁滞型等加减用药。结果50例患者临床总有效率达96℅。结论中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡，能明显减少复发次数，缩短溃疡面愈合时间，提高机体免疫功能。

Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

Objective To observe the curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western med-icine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods The 50 cases of recurrent oral ulcer patients,using TCM syndrome differentiation with conventional western medicine therapy,western medicine theragran oral/ time 1 grain,1 / d,apply to the affected area 2 to 4 times/ iodine glycerin d,stay 5 d;CM syndrome type according to the production of body fluid and syndrome,stasis type etc. To add and subtract. Results Total effective rate 96℅ . Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer,can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, shorten the ulcer healing time,improve the bodyˊs immune function.
