丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(以下简称"慢性肺心病")急性加重期的临床有效性和安全性。方法:将50例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规综合治疗;观察组在常规综合治疗基础上加用丹红注射液40mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液500mL中静脉滴注,qd。2组均治疗2周。比较2组患者治疗前、后的动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、脑钠肽(BNP)、D-二聚体等指标和临床疗效及不良反应。结果:观察组PaO2、BNP、D-二聚体等指标和总有效率均显著优于对照组(P〈0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:丹红注射液辅助治疗慢性肺心病急性加重期能有效改善临床指标和缓解病情,且安全性较好。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To observe the effectiveness and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.METHODS:50 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given conventional therapy,and observation group received intravenous infusion of Danhong injection 40 mL added into 5% Glucose injection 500 mL qd additionally on the basis of conventional therapy.The treatment lasted for 14 days.The PaO2,PaCO2,BNP and D-dimer,clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.RESULTS:The PaO2,BNP and D-dimer and total effective rate in observation group were significantly better than in control group(P0.05);there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse drug reaction between 2 groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Danhong injection is effective and safe in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
