藿砂口服液对腹泻模型小鼠的止泻作用

目的观察藿砂口服液对模型小鼠的止泻作用。方法用生大黄浸液灌胃制作腹泻小鼠模型,用色素流动法,以炭末为指示剂,以首次排黑便时间、排便次数、粪便性状积分为指标,观察不同剂量藿砂口服液的止泻作用。结果藿砂口服液低、中、高剂量组都能推迟小鼠首次排便时间,减少排便次数,改善粪便性状,藿砂口服液剂量与排便次数呈负相关。结论藿砂口服液有止泻作用,其止泻作用强度与药物剂量有依赖关系。

Antidiarrheal Effect of Huosha Oral Liquid

Objective To observe the antidiarrheal effect of Huosha oral liquid on model mice.Methods Mice were given rhubarb infusing by stomach perfusion to establish the model of diarrhea.Using Carbo Medicinalis as indicator,the first time of defecation,the defecation frequency and the integral of excrement character as indexes,the antidiarrheal effect of different doses of Huosha oral liquid was observed by pigment flow method.Results The first time of defecation was markedly put off,the defecation frequency was reduced,and the excrement character was improved in Huosha oral liquid groups with different doses.There was a positive correlation between the dose of Huosha oral liquid and the decrease of defecation frequency.Conclusion Huosha oral liquid has antidiarrheal effect,and the intensity of antidiarrheal effect is dependent on the drug dose.
