早期干预对早产儿体格和智能发育的影响

目的:探讨早期干预对早产儿的体格和智能发育的影响。方法:将82名早产儿分为两组,一组42名接受早期干预,另一组40名作为对照,干预组自新生儿期开始干预治疗至2岁,两组早产儿均于6个月、1岁、2岁时分别进行体格(即身长、体重、头围)的测量和智能测试。结果:干预组幼儿从6个月-1岁、2岁时,体格发育快于未干预组(P<0.05或P<0.01)智能发育在6个月时智能发育指数(MDI)和对照组无差别(P>0.05),但两组运动发育指数(PDI)有差异(P<0.05),1岁和2岁时干预组较对照组MDI和PDI均有明显差异性(P<0.01)。结论:早期干预可有效地促进早产儿的体格发育和智能发育。

Effect of early intervention on physical and intelligent development of premature infants

Objective: To explore the effect of early intervention on physical and intelligent development of premature infant. Methods: 82 premature infants were divided into two groups: intervention group with early intervention and the contrl group. The early intervention began from the birth of the infants to their 2 years old. At the age of six month, one and two year-old, they were examined in physical and intelligent. Results: All the age of six month, one and two years, the physical development were higher significantly in the intervention group than those in the control. The mental development index(MDI) and phychomotor development index (PDI) were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control. But there was no difference of MDI at six months between intervention group and control. Conclusion: Early intervention has a positive effect on physical and intelligent development of premature infants.
