摘    要:目的 探讨慢性缺氧对心肌酶的含量和眼微结构的改变。方法 30只小鼠随机分为3组;正常对照组,吸入15%低氧混合气组和复方丹参注射组。实验2周后,取新鲜心肌标本,测琥珀酸脱氢酶,三磷酸腺苷酶,乳酸脱氢酶,光镜,电镜观察心肌病理性变化。结果 缺氧组SDH,ATP酶减少,LDH升高,心肌间质水肿,心肌细胞线粒体肿胀,肌丝排列紊乱。

Abstract:Objective To investigate enzymohistochemical and morphological changes of myocardium of anoxia mice.Method Thirty mice were divided invided into into three groups,the control,the hypoxia and Danshen treated group. At two weeks after treament,sections of myocardium were made,succinic dehyrogenase (SDH),adenosine trphosphatase (ATP) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) were stined. Pathologic changes of myocardium were observed under light microscope and electric microscope.Result In hypoxia group,SDH and ATP decreased,while LDH increased. Mesenchyma of myocardium was edematous. Mitochondrions of myocardial cells enlarged,arrangement of filaments was irregular. There was not a significant difference between Danshen treated and control group.Conclusion Anoxia causes enzymohistochemical and morphological changes of myocardium. Danshen may prevent the myocardium from damage with anoxia.
