外伤性近视19例临床法医学鉴定分析

目的探讨眼球钝挫伤后视力下降的发生机制、治疗终结时间及受伤情评定时机。方法19例外伤性近视案例,全部病例给予药物保守疗法,局部滴托吡卡胺、口服维生素、静脉滴注复方丹参注射液,对治疗前后进行统计分析。结果治疗前,裸眼视力0.6～0.9者7例,0.1～0.5者10例,0.05以下2例。治疗后,伤后3个月时裸眼视力1.0以上16例;6个月后2例裸眼视力0.6～0.9,戴镜矫正在1.0以上;1例裸眼视力0.1～0.5,戴镜矫正后视力为0.6。鉴定结果论均为轻微伤。结论单纯外伤性近视预后良好,伤情评定时机应掌握在伤后3～6个月内进行。

Clinical forensic identification analysis of 19 cases of traumatic myopia

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis,treatment end time end occasion of injured evaluation in patients with decreased vision after eyebal contusion.Method The clinical data in 19 patients with traumatic myopia in our department were statistical analyzed.All of 19 patients were treated with conservative treatment,including of local tropicamide ophthalmic solution,oral vitamin C and transvenous compound injection of Salviae Mitiorrhizae.Results Before treatment,naked vision was 0.6～0.9 in 7 patients,0.1～0.5 in 7 patients and less than 0.05 in 2 patients.After treatment,naked vision of 16 patients were improved up to over 1.0 on 3 months after eyeball contusion;the naked vision of 2 patients was 0.6～0.9 after 6 months and rectified to more than 1.0 by wore glasses;in other 1 patient,naked vision was 0.1～0.5 and rectified to 0.6 by wore glasses.All patients were identified as minor harm.Conclusion Prognosis of simple traumatic myopia is good and the occasion of injured evaluation should be made within three to six months.
