摘    要:
目的考察717型阴离子交换树脂分离猫豆中猫豆胍(MDG)的工艺参数。方法以猫豆胍洗脱率为考察指标,应用正交试验法考察洗脱液浓度、用量和洗脱速度对洗脱效果的影响。结果在考察范围内,最佳分离条件为50倍量1%氨水、洗脱速度3.0mL/min。在此优化条件下,洗脱率为63.46%。结论该工艺方法简单,成本低廉,但效率低,不适合于工业化大生产。

Abstract:
Objective To study the process parameters of MDG separated from the seed of Stizolobium cochinchinensis by 717 antion exchange resin. Methods The orthogonal test was adopted to study the eluting effect of MDG with the elution rate as the index, and concentration of eluant, amount, elution velocity as the influence factors. Results The best separating conditions were 50 times of 1% ammonia hydrate as eluant, and the elution velocity was 3.0 mL/min. Under the optimal conditions, the elution rate was 63.46%. Conclusion The separated procedure is simple, and the cost is cheap, but it is low efficiency and unsuited for industrial large scale production.
