肺炎支原体性肺炎患儿血清中IL-6、IL-10水平测定及意义

目的:探讨支原体性肺炎患儿血清中细胞因子的变化及意义。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)双抗体夹心法检测60例支原体性肺炎患儿急期和恢复期血清中白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)的含量,同时对57例同期健康儿童血清中IL-6、IL-10进行检测。结果:①支原体性肺炎患儿急性感染时血清中IL-6明显高于健康儿童,差异显著(P<0.01),而恢复期时血清中含量和健康儿童差异无显著性(P>0.05)。②支原体性肺炎患儿急性感染期和恢复期血清中IL-10均高于健康儿童,差异显著(P<0.01),且恢复期时血清中含量高于急性感染期。结论:细胞因子IL-6、IL-10在支原体性肺炎患儿感染中起着重要的作用,参与了其发病过程。

Detection and significance of serum interleukin 6 ( IL - 6 ), interleukin 10 ( IL - 10) in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of serum cytokines in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MP).Methods:The levels of serum IL-6,IL-10 were measured by ELISA methods in 60 patients with MP by clinical diagnosis and in 57 healthy children.Results:The levels of serum IL-6 of patients in acute MP were significant higher than that of healthy children(P<0.01).But the levels of serum IL-6 of patients in convalescence were not magnificent with that of healthy children(P>0.05).The level of serum IL-10 of patients in acute and convalescence MP were magnificent higher than that of healthy children(P<0.01).But the levels of serum IL-10 of patients in convalescence MP were magnificent higher than that of patients in acute MP.Conclusion:Serum IL-6 and IL-10 play an important role in children with MP infection.
