护士长工作倦怠与工作压力及组织支持感的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的探讨护士长工作倦怠感、工作压力源及组织支持感的水平及其之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查法,调查了深圳市宝安区5家综合医院的120名护士长的工作倦怠感、工作压力源、组织支持感及其之间的相互关系。结果护士长的工作压力为较高水平,其首要工作压力为工作量及时间分配方面,最大压力源为担心工作中出现差错事故和工作量太大,护士长情绪衰竭、工作冷漠感与工作无成就感均为高度;护士长的工作压力与情绪衰竭和工作冷漠感呈正相关,与工作无成就感相关性不大;护士长组织支持感较低,组织支持感和工作倦怠呈负相关。结论护士长的工作倦怠感严重,并受工作压力及组织支持感影响,建议关注护士长工作倦怠的主要影响因素,针对压力源采取措施减轻压力,提高护士长组织支持感,有利于减轻工作倦怠,提高工作绩效。
