| 摘 要： | The contents of plasma cAMP in rats fol-lowing acupuncture in different conditions weredetermined by radioimmunoassay.The levels ofplasma cAMP in the normal group,the groupof rats with sympathetic nerve endings damag-ed by 6-hydroxydopamine,and the group of ratswith bilateral adrenalectomy were all signifi-cantly elevated by electroacupuncture,especial-ly in the normal groug,though eletroacupunc-ture did not raise the levels of plasma cAMPin rats with bilateral adrenalectomy and da-maged sympathoadrenergie nerve endings.Re-suits show that the changes in plasma cAMPproduced by electroacupuncture are related tosympathetoadrenal medullar function.In otherwords,electroacupuncture activates both thesympathetic nerve and the adrenal medulla,where catecholamine is released to regulatethe physiological functions of the organismthrough cyclic AMP.
