广西兴安县斯氏狸殖吸虫的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:
目的:探讨广西兴安县人体脑型斯氏狸殖吸虫的超微结构,试图从中了解或寻找某些特性。方法:在患者所在地河沟中采集溪蟹分离囊蚴,感染狡猫分别获35、70、110d的虫体进行扫描电镜观察。结果:不同虫龄的虫体除口腹吸盘、生殖孔和排泄孔周围外,全身布满体棘,在口腹吸盘上观察到大上不等的半球形乳突,排泄孔壁可见球状突出物。不同虫龄体棘特点基本一致,多呈三角尖刀形,末端有分叉,但基本未见裂分而呈单生型格式;口腹

Abstract:
Objective:In order to clearly understand some ultrastructure features of a local strain of Pagumogonimus skrjabini from Xingan County,Guangxi,where the brain infection case of this worm was recorded.Methods:The metacercariaes are obtained from crabs in the streams of the endemic village and inoculated to cats in the laboratory.The immature worms of 35 days and adult worms of 70,110 days after inoculation are observed by scanning electron microscopy.Results:With the exception of the suckers,genital pore and excretory pore,the whole body surface of the all worms at different ages is provided with tegumental spines.Lumps of semispherical shape in different size and knobs of spherical shape are observed on the suckers and on the wall of excretory pore respectively.The spines in different ages of worms are basically identical,having a character of bayonet shaped and forked end ,the roots arranged singly without crack.Spherical knobs are observed on the dorsal site of the spine roots in the region between two suckers and these knobs are found at different ages of the worms.Conclusion:The main ultrastructure features of the local strain of Pagumo skr.are the special structures ln dorsal site of the spine roots on the region between two suckers, and papilae on the suckers.
