| 摘 要： | 目的：探索一种操作简便、局部损伤小、能有效修复眉弓缺损的新术式。方法：设计以颞浅动脉为蒂带鬓角部岛状皮瓣，逆行移植，修复眉弓缺损。结果：采用该方法修复眉弓缺损5例7支眉，皮瓣血运良好，伤口正常愈合，眉弓外形满意。结论：采用本法修复眉弓缺损不仅安全、效果良好，更重要的是手术范围和损伤少，手术较简便，手术对局部的影响小。

| Abstract: | Objective: To find a new, simple and effective method for the repair of superciliary arch soft tissue defect minimal damage in the local region. Method: Retrograde grafting of island skin flap with forehead branch of arteria temporalis superficialis in temples region was used. Result: 5 patients with 7 superficialis arch soft tissue defects were repaired. The blood circulation in the skin flap was good. The wound healing was normal and the appearance of the repaired superficialis was good. Conclusion: This method is safe and simple and causes no more damage in the local region. |
