以针刺颈４－７夹脊穴为主辨证配穴，辅以局部悬灸或拔火罐方法，治疗１３３例德国颈椎病患者，其中中医辨证属寒湿型者９７例，占７２．９％。结果，痊愈７８例，显铲３７例，好转１２例，无效６例，总有效率９５．５％。
