红景天对血管性痴呆大鼠空间学习记忆能力及海马组织SOD、MDA影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察红景天对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠空间学习记忆能力及大脑海马组织内超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)活性与丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:健康Wister雄性大鼠采用双侧颈总动脉永久性结扎法,造成慢性脑灌注不足所致VD模型。术后红景天组给予红景天5g/(kg·d)、尼莫地平组给予尼莫地平20mg/(kg·d)灌胃,假手术组与模型组以等量生理盐水灌胃。检测各组大鼠Morris水迷宫实验各项指标及海马组织SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:水迷宫数据、海马组织SOD活性及MDA含量,模型组与假手术组比较异有统计学意义(p〈0.05),红景天组及尼莫地平组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:红景天可以改善大鼠的学习记忆能力,提高大鼠大脑SOD活性,降低MDA含量。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of Rhodiola on spatial learning and memory ability, SOD activity and MDA level in hippocampus tissue of rats with vascular dementia (VD).Methods:VD models were made by occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries of rats.After the operatlon,Rhodiola group and nimodipine group were administrated intragastrically with Rhodiola and nimodipine at a dose of 5 g/(kg·d)and 20mg/(kg·d)respectively. Sham operation group and normal control group were received the equal volume of normal saline solution. The spatial learning and memory ability was evaluated by Morris water maze, SOD activity and MDA content in hippocarnpus tissue of rats were measured.Result: Compared with the model group,there were significant differences in sham operation group,Rhodiola group,nimodipine group on the foregoing items.Conclusion:Rhodiola can improve spatial learning and memory ability of vascular dementia rats, enhance the activity of SOD, but decrease MDA level in hippocampus tissue.
