摘    要:
细胞因子在急性格林-巴利综合征(GBS)发病机制中所起的作用越来越重要,尤其是白介素(IL)在急性格林-巴利综合征发病过程中所起的促炎、抑炎作用越来越重要。近期研究表明IL-12、IL-17、IL-22在急性GBS的发病过程中起着重要的促炎作用,IL-35、IL-37起着重要的抑炎作用。本文对IL-17、IL-22、IL-35、IL-37、IL-9在急性GBS发病机制中所起的作用加以总结。

Abstract:
The role of Cytokines was more and more important in the pathogenesis of ac-ute Guillian-Barre syn-drome,especially the reserach of the role of interleukin in proinflammatory and antiinflammatory of the pathogenesis of a-cute Guillian-Bar-re syndrome.Recent studies have shown that IL-12、IL-17、IL-22 plays an important role in proinflam-matory and IL-35、IL-37 plays important role in antiinflammatory duringthe pathogenesis of acute Guillian-Barre syn-drome.In t-his paper,summarized the role of IL-12、IL-17、IL-22、IL-35、IL-37、IL-9 in the pathogenesis of acute Guil-lian-Barre syndrome.
