开放性眼外伤的分区及各区手术治疗效果评价

目的：研究开放性眼外伤分区特点，评价不同外伤区域手术治疗效果。方法回顾性性分析178例（178只眼）开放性眼外伤受伤区域，统计分析各区域手术前后眼球保留程度及视力恢复情况。结果Ⅰ区、Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区的手术成功率分别是74．0％，60.9％，56．1％；眼球保留率分别是94．0％，89．1％，64．6％。结论开放性眼外伤手术治疗后Ⅰ区预后最佳、Ⅱ区次之、Ⅲ区预后最差，但各区手术治疗后视力均有不同程度提高。

Zones and surgical treatment prognosis of open eye injuries

Objective To study the zoning of open eye injury and to evaluate the effects of surgical treatment for trauma in different zones.Methods We retrospectively analyzed trauma zones of 178 open eye injury cases.Eyeball re-tention rate and visual function restoration for traumas located at different zones were studied.Results The surgical suc-cess rate for trauma located at zone I, zone II, and zone III were 74.0%, 60.9%, and 56.1%, respectively.The rate of retained eyeball for zone I, II, and III trauma were 94.0%,89.1%, and 64.6%.Conclusions After surgical treatment, zone I trauma has the best prognosis, followed by trauma that located in zone II and then zone III.But surgery improved visual function in all cases.
